The June To Do List
I know I say this pretty much every month without fail, but can you believe that June is upon us again? I certainly can't, but I'm definitely ready for warmer days, long nights, and a little more relaxation time than I've had in May.
My to do list is short and sweet this month, the goal? Seek happiness wherever I can.
- Actively search for inspiration. Take walks, visit museums, read more. Encourage creative thought and imagination.
- Get back in the kitchen. I want to try out this delicious looking Mint Aero Tray Bake recipe - no cooking required!
- Get more adventurous with my smoothie making! I've been starting my day with smoothies three or four times a week, but haven't really stepped out of my mango-raspberry-apple juice comfort zone. I'm bananaphobic, but I'd love to try something with peach, and work on a non-disgusting green smoothie recipe!
- Visit somewhere with a little history. I've been watching a lot of Reign recently (awesome programme, on Netflix, definitely check it out) and it's kind of got me interested in everything from that period. I'd like to explore some of the history from that time in my local area. I'm such a history nerd.
- Read a book. It feels like it's been forever, perhaps a trip to the library is in order? Feel free to comment with any title recommendations.
- Treat myself to a new candle. All the ones I have are wintery scents, I think it may be time for something a little fresher. I've got my eye on this beauty.
