I'm super into skincare right now, more than ever my emphasis is on perfecting my skin rather than plying it with makeup - perhaps because I'm wearing less makeup at the moment.
So when I was offered the chance to try some products from The Hero Project, I was all ears. A skincare brand that aims to create perfect products? Sign me up. I love the ethos behind this brand, they read reviews of hundreds of products to find out what we like and what we don't about skincare currently on the market, and then they go about trying to create the perfect version of these products. A skincare brand that actually listens to what the consumer wants is something we've needed for a while!
I was sent over the Hyasoft Instant Moisture Boost as well as the Glow Drops, and I've been putting them to the test over the last month. I've been using the Hyasoft in the evening (although it's oil free and fast absorbing so would be great for pre-makeip too!), and it instantly softens my skin on application. I love using this after I've gotten out of the shower, when the hard London water has left my skin feeling a little dry. Formulated with Hyaluronic acid and B5 vitamins, this has really helped my skin look brighter & more awake.
You guys know I love using Rosehip oil on my skin in the winter, but it tends to be a little too heavy for my skin this time of year. The Glow Drops have been a great alternative - lighter in texture and faster to absorb, it leaves no greasy or oily residue on the skin, but is packed with all the same benefits. The bottle is much sturdier than my beloved Trilogy Rosehip Oil too, and the dropper is a lot more effective! I'm glad they've really put a lot of thought into the packaging as well as the product!
I'm super excited to see what The Hero Project comes out with next!
