I was pretty pleased to see this as a 100 point perk in Sephora last month (

), since I've heard a few positive whispers of this online, and I'm not one to commit to a non-drugstore mascara purchase without trial. I happily traded my points for this, and it's definitely become one of my favourite picks of the beauty bumf bought back from the States.

It's got a natural bristle wand which is slightly twisted, I'm not sure what effect this has on the lashes but it works. The wand flares out slightly at the end which I originally found a little odd, but now find pretty handy, since it catches any inner corner lashes without me really having to do much. The natural bristles are packed close together in little clumps sporadically around the wand, and they really grab hold of every lash in one stroke. The result? Clump-free, long, thick lashes with minimal effort. The effect I get with this is similar to my beloved

YSL Shocking Volume Mascara

, and it's a pinch cheaper, so I'm pretty thrilled.

I'll definitely be repurchasing this, and I'm keen to try out more from the Too Faced line, this is the first thing I've tried!
