For a while now I haven't been enjoying this little corner of the internet as much as I usually do. I'm not really sure why, maybe it's because I am just kind of bored with traditional beauty blogging? I have reached a point where I'm talking about beauty products all the time for Uni and this blog and it's all getting a little bit too much. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm bored of talking about lipsticks.
I've decided to take a little beauty blogging hiatus temporarily. I'm not 100% sure when I'll be back, I think I need to take a little time to re-evaluate my goals for Bed In The Kitchen, and revamp my content, maybe to something that's not entirely beauty related? I'm not so sure.
I've been really enjoying blogging over on jayerockett.com recently, and I'm going to try and keep up with that, but I think I need to put the beauty posts on the back burner for a bit. Right now I kind of feel like I'm writing content that I think you guys will like, rather than content I like, which isn't really what this blog should be about.
I'm not entirely sure when I'll be back, but I will be back! In the meantime you can keep up to date by following me on twitter, instagram, facebook or my lifestyle blog.
I'd love to know what posts you guys love to read, so that I have a bit of an idea for when it comes to putting together some fresh new content!
