It's back to work day! Lucky for me I'm not back at Uni til Monday, but for all you poor souls who have your first day back today, here's my spin on a Cosmo recipe, if you need an after work drink!
I made this in a huge glass, so I doubled the recipe (which led to the room spinning and some speech slur).
Firstly, squeeze half a lime into a shaker over three ice cubes. Then add one measure of Vodka (I used Russian Standard, which I put in the freezer for half an hour first, mmmmm) one measure of Malibu, and one measure of Peach Schnapps, and then three measures of Cranberry juice. Mix it all up in the shaker and serve, without the ice! I ran some lime round the rim of the glass and then dipped it in sugar, to add a frosty, Christmassy finish!
