'Tis the most wonderful time of the year right now, don't you know. And therefore you totally deserve to treat yourself amongst all that gift giving! I've got five festive themed products that you should definitely splurge on this month.
Let's start with the most luxurious of the bunch, the real treat of them all, the Urban Decay Full Frontal Lipstick Stash. I did a full post on this here, and it's well worth a look. With six mini Revolution Lipsticks in a full rainbow of shades, and a full size lip liner, this is a steal at £29 if you ask me. The formula of these lipsticks is infallible, and this little set contains a full lipstick wardrobe, every colour you could need!
With bold lips comes the stress of getting your lipstick all over everything. I know Lipcote isn't to everyone's taste, but I couldn't live without the stuff. A slick of this over the lipstick and it's not going anywhere. It smells (and tastes) horrible but if you can get past that, it's great stuff. I'll be keeping this on hand with all the red lips I'll be sporting this month.
With all these bold lips in your life, you'll be needing big lashes to go along with them. I've been testing out the Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde Mascara in Ultra Black and I'm in love. This really coats each individual lash with product and gives mega volume. This could just be my favourite mascara from the drugstore.
If your natural lashes aren't getting the job done, I'd recommend investing in a bottle of Revlon Precision Dark Lash Adhesive to pair with your favourite falsies. I've tried a lot of lash glue but this is my favourite, it dries fast and black, so it blends with your natural lashline perfectly. I never have any problem with lashes popping off when I use this, which is more than can be said for the glue that comes with most false lashes!
And lastly, the most festive polish I've ever seen, that isn't really a polish, the Ciaté Mistletoe Magic Sequins. Little green, red and gold sequins that scream Christmas.
