Summer Sunday Pamper

Sometimes it's easy to think that summer isn't the place for a pamper evening, because let's face it, hot baths are the last thing we are thinking about right now. It doesn't mean you don't deserve a good pamper though!

I tend to opt for a longer shower rather than a bath this time of year, using a good scrub (I love the Frank Scrubs) and a super moisturising body wash to follow up. I've been loving the St Tropez In Shower Tan too, to even out my complexion (and make me look like I've been out enjoying the sun, not sat at my desk!). It's super straightforward to use and doesn't smell awful!

I seem to be better at using body moisturisers in the summer than the winter, especially if I'm on holiday. I always come back to the Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Buttercream, it's got a fresh, zesty, summery scent, and it's not too thick and heavy.

I've been keeping skincare super simple, I've reintroduced a manual exfoliant into my skincare routine to make sure all the suncream I've been wearing is removed at the end of the day. I love the Lush Let The Good Times Roll, because it's not too abrasive, it's nice and gentle & leaves your skin feeling thoroughly cleansed. I've also been loving the Origins Drink Up Intensive Mask as a little weekly skin treat. It really gives your skin a boost of hydration without making it feel greasy or oily.

For some unknown reason, my lips are super dry and chapped at the moment, so I've been reaching for my Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm, as a super intensive treatment.

And when all else fails, it's never too hot to indulge in a manicure!
