Three products that have taken up residence in my makeup bag recently, and three mini reviews to accompany them! We've got one love, one like and one dislike, because variety is the spice of life.
Rimmel Match Perfection 2 in 1 Concealer and Highlight: I've had this product for a long time and I've used it on and off but I recently picked it up and it's slotted itself into my daily routine. In fact, I've just picked up another one since this one's on it's last legs. I use this in giant triangles under my eyes and down my nose, and it covers up dark circles and redness, whilst brightening my complexion too. It's light and creamy, it looks natural and it does the job. Thumbs up from me.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara: I bought this because everyone and their mother raves about this mascara. I wish I hadn't. I've tried the normal and waterproof version and I don't like either, it's heavy on my lashes and offers nothing in the way of volume. I'll use it up but I just don't like how it looks.
Josie Maran Coconut Watercolour Cheek Gelee in Poppy Paradise: I bought this in New York last year and didn't really understand the hype around it. I've pulled it out again recently and whilst I still don't love it, I do think it gives a pretty wash of sheer colour, for minimal makeup days.
