Hello, hello, and welcome back! I'm pleased to finally be showing you the brand new (and hopefully you'll think improved) home for Bed In The Kitchen. It's been a long time coming but I'm glad it's finally all done and dusted!
I've been with Squarespace for a year now, and as my subscription came up for renewal I had entirely mixed feelings. Whilst I loved the back end of Squarespace (the part you don't see), I wasn't happy with the options for layouts. Theme changes since the beginning of my subscription meant that whilst you can create a beautiful shop or portfolio with Squarespace, it's much harder to build a great blog, and I wasn't happy with the layout. That combined with the price without student discount (sob, giving up student discount is the hardest), meant that I decided to uproot my internet home, and come back to Blogger. I know, I know, I should have gone to Wordpress, but I really really hate the user interface with Wordpress, so here we are!
Content will be back up and on the go as of tomorrow, and Disqus should be working again by then too. I hope you guys love the new layout as much as I do!
