The Christmas Gift Guide: Urban Decay Full Frontal Lipstick Stash

Let's all just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this shall we? Last week my boyfriend treated me to this gorgeous gift set, and I'm absolutely in love with it.

The Urban Decay Full Frontal Lipstick Stash contains six miniature Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks and one full size 24/7 Glide on Lip Pencil, and retails for £29. The lip pencil and full size lipsticks retail at £15 each, so it's a good way to try a selection of shades for less than the cost of two lipsticks.

I'm a massive fan of the Revolution Lipsticks, I already have three in my collection, and they're all staples. The formula is possibly my favourite of all the lipsticks I've tried, it's creamy and smooth, intensely pigmented & long lasting. They're comfortable to wear, they don't transfer and they have a beautiful creamy finish, so six new shades to try were a welcome addition to my stash!

So the lipsticks! We've got a full range of colours here, no two are similar. Three are limited edition, exclusive to the set, and three are from the standard range First up, F-Bomb is from the permanent collection, it's what I would describe as a 'classic red', although it looks a little darker in the tube. A classic red is a staple in any collection, so this is a welcome addition!

Liar is from the standard collection, it's a beautiful brown toned nude. I was a little concerned that this would be a little too brown for me, but I actually really like it!

Then we have Gash, which despite the awful name, I think could be my favourite of them all. It's a beautiful berry toned red, dark and autumnal, this is the perfect lipstick for this time of year!

We have Illicit, which in my opinion has a slightly different formula. It's sheerer than the others, which is good because it's a real baby pink shade that wouldn't suit me at all if it was opaque. It gives a pretty pink glow to the lips, which I am a big fan of!

Ladyflower, a rosy berry pink, it kinda reminds me of a more pigmented Plumful, with a bit more of a pink tone. A good option for an everyday berry pink, I think this could become a favourite for me! This one is exclusive to the set.

And lastly, we have Crush. Crush is a pretty unique shade, it's a bright bold pink with blue undertones, and a slight golden sheen to it. It's a pretty brave colour for me, but I think I can make it work, I just need to have the confidence!

The lipliner included in the set is in the shade Ozone, which is completely invisible. I've wanted to try an invisible lipliner for ages so I was really excited to play with this. I honestly don't think I can do this justice, it pretty much creates a smooth base for the lipstick to go on, and really helps it adhere. I find it easier to create a smooth edge to the lipstick with this underneath too. It's amazing!

For £29, this set is an absolute bargain, and it'd make a great gift for any lipstick lover, or for you!
