Brands I Trust

Whilst with most beauty brands I can usually find a mixed bag of products I love and hate, there are some brands that really knock it out of the park as far as I'm concerned. Brands that can do no wrong, where every product I try, I love. These are the brands I turn to first when I need a specific product, the brands I consistently recommend, and the brands I trust. I figured with the festive season of gift giving on the horizon, I'd tell you my most trusted brands, so you can figure out what to get the beauty lovers in your life (or add to your own list!).

NARS Cosmetics: Starting with the holy mother of all makeup here. I think I've mentioned before but if I had to pick just one brand forever, it'd be NARS. There's not a single product from them that I've found lackin' in any kinda way. The formulas are fantastic, the colour selections are rockin', and they do everything good, from bases to shadows, to blushes to lipsticks. I got to meet the International Lead Makeup Artist for the brand this year, and not only was she a total babe, her stories about the brand and it's history only made me love NARS more.

My Picks: Radiant Creamy Concealer, Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser, Cruella Velvet Matte Lip Pencil, Daydream Blush, Deep Throat Blush, And God Created The Woman Palette.

Urban Decay: Has anyone else noticed that Urban Decay are just really rockin' it right now? With textures and pigments that are out of this world, the brand does bold and barely there really well. They have something for every one and every taste, and they have yet to let me down.

Bite Beauty: A recent discovery of mine, but damn this brand is awesome. The home for fantastic lip products, they've got all the colours, all the formulas, AND all their products are food grade, so they're basically GOOD FOR YOU. IT WOULD BE A CRIME NOT TO BUY THEM ALL.
