5 Things: Speed Sample Reviews

I have beauty samples coming out of my ears, and most of the time I don't get around to reviewing them, sometimes because the sample is too small for me to give anything but a first impression, and sometimes because I use them up so fast I forget about them. Since I'm trying to make a conscious effort to use up some products, I figured, why not dedicate the odd post to some mini sample reviews? I'm going to try and keep this as brief as possible!

L'Occitane Vanilla Bouquet Hand Cream: Nice but pretty unremarkable. Smells good, not overwhelming in terms of scent, and it's hydrating, but it's nothing special. I think there are better products without the high price tag.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse: A gorgeous dry oil, super hydrating, sinks in fast and light on the skin. Again, it's a nice product, but I'm not convinced it's worth the price tag.

Balance Me Moisture Rich Face Cream: This is a nice moisturiser but I just can't stomach the scent, I have no idea what it smells like, but it's awful.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream: Intensely hydrating, and it has no smell! Result! It's really non-offensive, and it's a good multipurpose product, it's great for face and body! It's definitely made me interested in trying out more from First Aid Beauty.

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector: I'm glad I tried this, it's been on my list for forever. I like this, it's a nice light, non-sticky lip balm, but I'm not sure it deserves all the hype around it, I don't really understand why they're so hyped up! Nice but nothing special, I prefer the Maybelline Colour Elixirs.

That was pretty swift for me! Have you tried any samples recently?
