Everyday Essentials #6

Another day, another handful of essential products that don't get enough love here on my blog. The products I have to mention today are real standout, long term heroes, that deserve to have their praises sung from the rooftops. They are products I'll repurchase again, and I don't like to enable (lies) but you should definitely go buy them all now.

Let's start with the only hair product I'll ever really need. The Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Styling Treatment is exactly that, perfect hair in a bottle. It smooths, volumises, gives hold and texture, and just makes my hair look good, even if I don't style it. I'm desperately awaiting the day that Living Proof bring the Perfect Hair Day line here.

I picked up a tube of the Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream in the Alpes at Christmas last year, and I've been obsessed ever since. It's light, not sticky, and it sinks into the skin fast, but it really makes a quick difference. It soothes dry skin and hydrates quickly, so well that I have a tube on my bedside table, and in my handbag.

I'm on my third pot of the Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm now, and I've even got my mum using the stuff (a big thing since my mum's pretty useless with beauty products. Sorry mum). It's my go to night time lip balm, I slather it on before bed and wake up to soft supple lips.

I'm obsessed with using my Beauty Blender to apply foundation at the moment, it just makes even high coverage foundations look natural. It really presses the product into the skin, and creates a seamless finish that I just love. I've tried a few dupes but nothing comes close.

The Zoeva 142 Concealer Buffing Brush has become a total must have for me. It's small enough to be precise, but not so small that it takes ages to use, and the tapered bristles create a really natural finish, blending concealer with foundation seamlessly.

What are your unsung beauty heroes?
