45/52 - Birthdays, Red Cups and #MyLittleWWWorkshop

This week was as busy as expected, but it was also really good. I've been starting to feel really Christmassy (cough cough, by playing all the Christmas songs and drinking all the festive beverages), which makes a nice change to last year where I didn't feel festive at all.

It's only going to get worse because I've got my first Christmas party next week!

Are you ready for happy things?

1. RED CUPS! Can we talk about the fact that red cups are back and I'm far too excited about it. I've had more Gingerbread Lattes than I care to admit, a lot of Christmas Blend coffee, and I may or may not have traded my autumnal leaf Starbucks card for a Red Cup model.

2. Following a Starbucks theme, my local barista knows my name. This should be embarrassing but she's bloody lovely and she's so nice and she shows me all the new Christmas things as they come in.

3. Con's Birthday! Con turned 22 this week and we celebrated with martinis and steak - because is there any other way to celebrate?! It was nice to have a night out and celebrate with my boy.

4. Theatre nights! I booked tickets for Con and I to go see The Woman In Black this week for his birthday, and it was just as scary as I remember from the first time around. I was thoroughly spooked, but scaryness aside, it's an incredible play.

5. Christmas lights! I love London, but I love it even more at night when it's all lit up! A late night stroll around Soho left me oh so excited for the festive season. London is too pretty.

6. Working on my passion project. This week I finally started putting the wheels in motion for a project I've been working on for a really long time. I can't wait to share more with you when the time is right, but I hope you'll be as excited about it as I am!

7. Con came home from uni on Friday with a bunch of flowers and a donut in hand. I have the best boyfriend ever.

8. French Toast. This one needs no explanation.

9. Hanging out with Carrie and lots of lovely other ladies at the #MyLittleWWWorkshop, eating donuts, chatting about blogger life and brushing up on our photography skills. Hanging out with bloggers is so much fun because you tend to have a lot in common!

10. A Saturday afternoon date with my daddy! Giant burgers and the latest James Bond movie were on the menu! The movie was good (if a little long) and the company was even better!

What have you been up to this week?
