The Best Of Facial Mists

Facial mists get a bad rep for being something of a 'princess product', but I really notice a difference in my skin when I use them. Whilst they aren't an essential skincare step, a good facial mist can offer a host of different benefits - plus there's something quite satisfying (and refreshing) about spritzing yourself with a mist.

The Caudalie Beauty Elixir is responsible for starting my obsession with all things spray. Essentially, this is a glorified water with essential oils, but I find that this gives my skin a dewy, healthy glow when I use it regularly, so I like to keep it on hand (I even have a mini bottle for my handbag).

I picked up the La Roche Posay Serozinc back in March in Paris, and I'm now on my third bottle. This stuff just seems to help keep my skin clear, I use it in the evenings post cleanse and it keeps blemishes away.

Not technically a skincare product, but the Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray deserves a mention too, since it is a face mist. I use this whenever I'm going to be out of the house for a while and I need my makeup to stay in place, or when I've gone a little heavy handed with powder. It's a fab product, and it gets a lot of use in the summer when I feel like my face is going to melt off.

The Trilogy Hydrating Mist Toner is my go to morning spritz, it just gives my skin an extra boost of moisture, and really helps to make me look (and feel) more awake. It's got really lovely ingredients that make my skin happy too!

And lastly, the Lush Tea Tree Toner Water, which I'm definitely guilty of spritzing everywhere. I use this when I have a breakout to help clear it up, but I also spritz this on my pillows and makeup brushes, as the tea tree has antiseptic qualities, making sure that there are no nasties hanging around.

Next on my hit list is the Jurlique Rose Water! Are you a face mist fan?
