The November Base Edit

Another month, and another perfect base combination. Come November I'm after a little more coverage from my base, but I still want my skin to look natural and glowy too.

I've fallen back in love with the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Primer this month, whilst it doesn't really make a difference in the longevity of your makeup, it does really add so much brightness to the skin, making it look incredibly healthy and vibrant.

I recently repurchased the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation, I used up a bottle a few months back and sorta forgot how much I liked it. This is definitely one of the best foundations available from the drugstore, it's longlasting, got a good medium coverage that can be built up easily if you need it, but it blends seamlessly with the skin to look incredibly natural. I like to apply this with my Beauty Blender for an even more natural finish, it really presses the product into the skin so it's undetectable.

I've been using a tiny bit of the Benefit Erase Paste under my eyes on the darkest parts, before applying my usual concealer. The high coverage salmony-pink concealer really neutralises dark circles, and makes a good base to go in with a brightening concealer. I've been using the Rimmel Match Perfection 2-in-1 Highlighting Concealer, because it's got a really light formula, and it really brightens the undereye without looking heavy or creasing either.

When are your go to base products right now?
