Micellar Waters became a bit of a 'thing' last year, and the market became saturated with them, every brand offering their own take on the trend. And whilst that was great, it kinda became hard to work out what was good because it was a Micellar Water, and what was a good Micellar Water.
Over the last year I've tried a lot of Micellar Waters, and today I'm giving you the deets on my favourites.
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water: A really good budget option. This doesn't leave a horrible residue on the skin like a lot of cleansing waters, but it does have a little bit of a smell, which is something to consider (and what stops this from being the winner in my opinion).
Bioderma Crealine H20: The original, and my favourite. Nothing quite comes close to this in terms of being just like water, but getting the job done. No residue, no smell, it feels just like water, and it gets rid of makeup a treat.
Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water: I like this one because it tackles waterproof mascara a treat, but it does have a scent and it can leave a residue. Good for if you're wearing a lot of makeup, but not my favourite for everyday.
A-Derma Eau Micellaire Sensifluid: The closest thing to Bioderma on a budget. My only qualm with this is I seem to get through it a LOT faster than Bioderma, I need to use two or three times as much of this!
