Another week, another This Week's Most Loved. I really like doing these posts because it gives you guys a good look at the products I am actually using and loving! This week I've pretty much been using all the same products, a lot of them I think are going to become March Favourites, so I've narrowed it down to the ones that won't necessarily make March Favourites, but deserve to be mentioned all the same.
The first thing I wanted to mention is a lip and cheek duo. I've been heading into Spring makeup looks, starting with peachy lips and cheeks. I've been sporting the Bobbi Brown Sheer Lip Colour in Tutu with the Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Fresh Melon on the cheeks. These colours are ever so similar, and are a great easy to wear combo to reach for. You know I'm obsessed with the Sheer Lip Colours, and Tutu is the shade that started all that. The Pot Rouge is a product that has been in my stash for a while now, but hasn't had much love since summer. It's a pretty cream blush with excellent lasting power, that looks dewy and glowy on the cheeks.
Base wise, I've been reaching for something that gives a little glow, and most of the time that's been the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation. This is a touch too dark for me at the moment but with a good blend and a little bronzer on the neck I can make it work. I love the glowy, dewy finish of this foundation, and the staying power is impressive too.
On my nails I've been sporting the NARS Sheer Nail Polish in Candy Darling*, a sheer nude polish. I've been wearing a single coat of this on my nails with a glossy topcoat, just enough to make my nails look polished, but natural.
And I just had to include my daffodils! Aren't they beautiful! They were a bargain pound in the supermarket and they're really brightening up my living room. My vases were all too big so they've ended up in a pint glass, but I still love them!
What have you been loving this week?

ReplyDeleteI really like them both! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love the daffodils in the background of the picture- flowers brighten a room so much. I really want daffodils to inject spring into my room. I'd like to try the Bourjois foundation since everyone seems to be really liking it. Maybe in the coming months with the sun out yours will suit your skin tone better.Julianne | julzobsessions.blogspot.co.uk xx
