Did you all eat a big stack of pancakes yesterday? I did and they were delicious. I'm very much a golden syrup on pancakes sort of girl. I'd have liked strawberries and cream to be fancy, but every supermarket in a five mile radius was sold out of strawberries yesterday, and cream on it's own would have just been weird.
I love big fluffy pancakes, I really don't understand why so many people were eating crepes yesterday! Crepes are definitely different to pancakes, and it wasn't crepe day, was it?
